HAMR helps promote Mercury Bay businesses for KidsCan fundraiser

The Informer Newspaper wrote: HAMR Home Building Contractors are a solid part of Mercury Bay community. Richard is Branch Chair of Coromandel Master Builders. They have been organising an Auction package for the Master Builders charity auction to raise money for KidsCan. Overall the night raised $34,480 for Kidscan, this will support 95 children in school lunches, shoes and warm clothing for a year, so a really awesome result!

Marley have written this article about this property built by Richard and Hannah from HAMR Homes. It has undisturbed sea views across Buffalo Beach and Mercury Bay. With 20+ years in the building game, Richard had a strong idea of what he wanted to build to replace the 1950's dwelling and take full advantage of the location. He picked up his pencil and drafted plans for a spacious two-story home. No wonder it won Gold in the Auckland, Northland and Coromandel region of the Registered Master Builders House of the Year competition.

When Kirstin was designing her new home she concentrated on what was best for herself and her two young sons. Pleasing the judges in the Registered Master Builders House of the Year competition was the last thing on her mind. But please them she did, winning a gold award in the Placemakers New Home $450,000 – $550,000 category!
